POURfect Policy
Ownership of Items:
All items purchased and provided by Hidden POURfections will return with HP at the conclusion of the event. Any alcohol, beverages, or supplies purchased by the client will remain with the client.

Guest-to-Bartender Ratio:
Hidden POURfections provides one (1) certified bartender per 50 guests to ensure efficient and quality service.

Package Structure:
HP packages are based on guest count and total service hours. All prices listed are “starting at” rates and may vary based on event details.

Service Hours:
Package hours begin at the agreed-upon start time of the event and company arrival, not the first drink served.

Extended Service:
If services are requested beyond the contracted service time, an additional fee of $50 - $75 per bartender, per hour will apply and must be approved by the client.

Outdoor Events:
All outdoor events are subject to a $50 outdoor service fee.

Travel Fees:
A travel fee may be applied depending on event location and distance.

What’s required to secure my date?
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit 24 hours after you have received your quoted package . The remaining balance is due at least 72 hours before the event

Our professional bartending team will arrive on time with all necessary tools, bar setup, and menu signage. We’ll handle setup, service, and cleanup — all you need to do is relax and enjoy the celebration.

What kind of service do you provide?
We are a dry hire bartending service, meaning we provide licensed bartenders, bar tools, and setup — but you supply the alcohol. We do not sell or purchase alcohol on your behalf.
